Greg Glynn, APR is the Founder & CEO of Pliable, a versatile marketing, PR and broadcasting company in Augusta, Maine.  He is also the host of The Athlete Brand Advisor Podcast. He received his APR from the Public Relations Society of America in 2016 and is one of nearly 5,000 individuals in the country to hear the honor. He more than 20 years of experience in the communications industry.

Greg Rowe is a passionate advocate for women’s soccer and Founder of the Boston Dream Soccer Association, affectionately known as the Dream. The Dream is more than just a soccer organization—it’s a movement dedicated to empowering female athletes by creating pathways, breaking barriers, and fostering mentorship opportunities that span from grassroots to the professional level. Under Greg’s leadership, the Dream has become a beacon of opportunity and inclusivity, leveraging partnerships across the U.S. and Europe to open doors for women in soccer.

At its core, the Boston Dream Soccer Association strives to keep women engaged in soccer while fostering leadership development for women and girls. Founded in 2020 as a nonprofit organization, the Dream offers soccer players education and training in leadership, coaching, and career development. 

Joe Ferrara is a visionary advocate for women’s soccer and the founder and commissioner of the United Women’s Soccer League (UWS). Joe’s journey is a powerful testament to the dedication and passion required to elevate the game to new heights. Since its inception in 2016, UWS has transformed into a league that has reshaped the global landscape of women’s soccer.

TJ Kostecky is the men’s soccer coach and assistant athletic director for
leadership at Bard College in Annandale-On-Hudson, NY.  In an academic
career spanning 35 years and six universities, he has served as a successful
entrepreneur, professor, athletics director, and coach.
Worldwide, TJ conducts Vision Training soccer coaching seminars and
transformational leadership workshops for corporations, universities, college
and professional teams, coaches, parents, and students.  His travels have taken
him to places such as Finland, Guatemala, Iceland, Norway, Ukraine, Costa
Rica, Jamaica, Canada, and Turks & Caicos.  In 2020 he was inducted into
the Ukraine Sports Hall of Fame.  Kostecky is holder of the NSCAA
Premier Diploma and the USSF A coaching license.
