Justin Van Til

I’m passionate about football and committed to developing our youth players, coaches, and teams. My journey began as an enthusiastic soccer player who made a college team but never played, and as a two-year captain of a college baseball team, where I had the chance to lead. I’ve coached youth teams focused on both winning and off-pitch growth, built a successful youth club, and founded a pre-professional women’s football team that earned Franchise of the Year while I served as GM. Alongside my 30 years as an entrepreneur in financial technology, I now live in Portland, Maine, with my daughter Finley, a talented footballer and pure leader, and our two boxer dogs. I’m excited to share my love for the game and insights with our community through this podcast.
